Window Gang is a professional exterior cleaning solutions company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Kernersville area. We have been the number one window cleaning company for 5 years in a row. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced role on various outdoor cleaning projects.
This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous exterior cleaning experience is an asset, but not required. Completing exterior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and more
Planning and managing work flow on the job site
Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service
Working as a team to complete tasks in most efficient manner
Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
Ability to mix the right chemicals to perform the projects
Invoicing and payment completion for every job
Selling further services to customers
Driving the van to and from each job
Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van
Representing Window Gang in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
0-1 year of labor or customer service experience
Courteous, friendly personality and committed to great customer service
A strong work ethic, highly dependable, and able to self-manage
Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), in the summer sun, and handling tools.
Comfortable working on/with ladders up to 3 stories
Driver's license is required
Willing and able to work some weekends
