Our client, a leading organization in the printing and publishing industry, is seeking a dedicated Inserter Operator to join their team. As an Inserter Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the printing and distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Inserter Operator
Location: Lynchburg, VA
Pay Range: $12.77
Shift: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
What's the Job?
Operate newspaper inserter machinery efficiently and accurately
Ensure proper loading and feeding of materials into the machine
Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot minor issues
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
Assist in quality control checks to ensure output meets standards
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation
Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
Flexibility to work the specified hours and days
