Key Responsibilities
Precision Installation: Execute the installation and repair of high-end residential and commercial windows and doors according to exact specifications.
Site Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and highly organized work environment at all times, respecting the properties of our clients and custom builders.
Inventory Control: Track and manage all installation equipment, materials, and supplies efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with fellow installers and staff to prioritize daily tasks and complete projects on schedule.
Tool Management: Furnish and maintain your own professional-grade tools required for the trade.
Operational Support: Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven previous experience in professional window and door installation.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely handle the physical workload of the job, including heavy lifting and maneuvering large architectural products.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively and positively within a team.
Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
