Installer PositionHiring Immediately | Full-Time OpportunityWe're looking for experienced installers, construction laborers, carpenters, remodelers, and other skilled trades professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and delivering a great experience for homeowners.As an Installer with Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you'll install industry-leading windows and doors that improve the appearance, functionality, and energy efficiency of customers' homes.We are urgently hiring qualified candidates who are ready to build a career with an industry leader. This is a full-time position offering year-round work, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.ResponsibilitiesPractice safe and efficient demolition and completion of installation projects.Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after each project to explain the installation process and answer questions.Prepare windows, doors, and existing openings, including taping, caulking, and cleaning.Complete exterior and interior finish work on all products.Work closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the project.Follow installation and safety standards to deliver a high-quality finished product.Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of residential environments and weather conditions.QualificationsExperience working as a construction laborer, carpenter, remodeler, installer, skilled trades professional, or in another hands-on construction-related role.Window and door installation experience is preferred but not required.Experience working with a metal brake and power tools.Customer service experience preferred.A proven track record of quality workmanship and craftsmanship.A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.Valid driver's license required.Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.BenefitsFull-time, year-round workPaid training and developmentMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceTeammate Assistance PlanTuition Reimbursement401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffCompany Paid HolidaysPaid Volunteer TimeAnd more!Pre-Employment Requirements Esler Companies requires applicants to successfully complete the following as part of the hiring process: Background Check, Physical Assessment - Human Performance Evaluation, Drug ScreenEmpowered to be Extraordinary.
