Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, market research, and home care. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Attend marketing conferences and fairs throughout the Mid South
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales.
Build relationships with other health care companies to drive in referrals.
Lead the creation of engaging content across various channels to attract and retain customers.
Manage social media accounts
Create marketing materials
Support client acquisition efforts
Collaborate with care team and admin staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales.
Familiarity with the health care sector
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in using marketing automation tools to enhance productivity.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
