In this role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

As a Virtual Customer Benefits Support Representative , you'll help create a positive client experience by combining customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and enrollment support .
You'll work with individuals and families virtually, helping them understand available coverage and providing the information they need to make informed decisions.
Work from home while connecting virtually with clients, teammates, and mentors throughout the United States.
This is a commission-based opportunity , not an hourly or salaried customer service position.
