Position Overview
AdventHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Print Services Finisher to support the production and completion of printed materials used throughout the organization. This individual will be responsible for operating finishing equipment and ensuring printed products meet quality standards before distribution.
Responsibilities
• Perform print finishing activities including:
○ Cutting
○ Folding
○ Padding
○ Booklet making
○ Collating and binding
• Operate and maintain print finishing equipment.
• Set up and run finishing jobs according to production specifications.
• Inspect completed materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Assist team members as needed to support workflow and production demands.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves:
• 1+ years' experience in print production finishing (print shop, staples, printing facility, newspaper printing, magazine, The Printer, Curtis 1000, Taylor Printing, etc.)
○ Will be doing cutting, folding, padding, booklet making, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and team oriented (initiative to help others when needed)
• Able to operate printing machine systems such as Horizon folder, plockmatic printer, Duplo folder machine, automatic cutter machine
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift 40lbs
• High School Diploma/GED Plusses:
• Background in tracking systems/CRM ( Texas Track, Tracker, or Web CRD)
• Associates Degree
