As a PT Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring the best possible care for our patients.+ Prepare treatment areas and set up necessary equipment for therapy sessions+ Administer hot and cold packs and other modalities as directed by physical therapists+ Guide patients through prescribed exercises and monitor their progress+ Maintain and clean therapy equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment+ Assist patients with mobility and transfers as needed+ Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records+ Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations+ Provide a positive and supportive environment for patients during their rehabilitation journey+ Strong work ethic and a responsible attitude+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills+ Genuine interest in helping people and a caring, empathetic nature+ Outstanding organizational and time management abilities+ Basic knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment+ Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety protocols+ Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment throughout the day+ Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic computer skills+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment+ Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinic schedules+ Strong attention to detail in maintaining patient records and following treatment plans+ Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of physical therapyThis position pays between $15.50 – $17.50 per hour depending on experience.We are proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
