• Lead your team as role model for workplace safety. Adhere to all safety, health and housekeeping protocols 
• Develop and implement policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage and distribution of materials (inbound, outbound, WIP) 
• Support the organizations supply chain strategy through maintenance of appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution of goods 
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal and external regulations for material handling, storage and distribution. 
• Track and report inventory
• Develop, communicate and track department metrics that align with Organization 
• Responsible to develop, train, and make all personnel decisions within scope 
• Adhere to budget and strategic plan 
• Collaborate with Manufacturing management, Procurement, Sales, Finance and other departments as needed. 
• Ensure all warehouses or material moving equipment is maintained 
• All other duties as assigned 

Qualifications, Education, Experience: 

• (Preferred) bachelor’s degree and 3 plus years of experience managing production warehouse & shipping operations
• Effective leadership and management skills. 
• Ability to collaborate, motivate, and foster teamwork. 
• Ability to handle complex issues. 
• Solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and related manufacturing. 
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook. Warehouse Management & SAP (preferred)
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information. 
• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Experience with international shipping including use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and tariff codes preferred 
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options. 
• Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Targeted salary range: 80k-100k
