This paid, hands-on program is designed for students who are eager to gain real-world creative experience while contributing to meaningful brand and marketing initiatives.Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to graphic design, visual storytelling, campaign development, digital content, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration—while building a professional portfolio through real-world projects.What You Will Do in This RoleSupport the Global Creative team on real-world graphic design projects which will help you learn how to develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital channels, presentations, in-store assets and other Fossil brand collateralAssist with layout, typography, illustration or graphic development, composition, color, and visual storytellingHelp create presentations, creative decks, mood boards, and branded collateralSupport the development of digital and print assets across Fossil Group brandsCollaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partnersLearn how to ensure creative work aligns with established brand guidelines and visual identityResearch emerging design, cultural, and visual trends to inform creative workParticipate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback from designers and stakeholdersOrganize and maintain creative files and assetsPartner with a dedicated mentor for creative guidance, feedback, and professional developmentParticipate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussionsPresent a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the programBring fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong visual point of view to collaborative projectsWho You Are (Requirements)Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and design fundamentalsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
