We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Field Recruiter. In this vital role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates to meet the strategic staffing needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with account managers to ensure timely fulfillment of requisitions, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and support ongoing client relationships. Your efforts will play a key role in our organization’s success in delivering quality talent solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-energy sales or recruitment environment
• Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting candidates through online platforms, databases, and networking events
• Strong research, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent follow-up and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily (30+ calls)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within a staffing agency or recruiting across diverse industries
• Familiarity with online job boards, resume databases, and job posting platforms
• Experience supporting account managers in fulfilling client requirements

Education and Experience Preferences:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional background
• At least 6 months of related experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales roles

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work extended hours and weekends if necessary
• Strong networking capabilities and proactive approach to candidate sourcing
