Job can be physically demanding and require some heavy lifting but can be rewarding as well. Good job for returning military.Responsibilities and duties:Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customersHelp the driver build, sustain, maintain donation box and donation station sites for collections.Help assist on two-man residential special routes, garage sales pick-ups, estates sale pick-ups, and fundraiser drive pick-ups.Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removalsHelp unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes.Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational protocols and standardsWork safely and efficiently in loading and unloading trucks and trailersPossess the ability to regularly work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditionsJob can be physically demanding and required some heavy lifting but can be rewarding as well.Qualifications:Must possess valid state driver's license.Must be 21 years or olderApplicant must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Capable of bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs and in and out of a truck frequently.Education and Experience:High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
