Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Exterior Cleaning Services
Commission-Only | 1099 | Uncapped Earnings
Clearway Services is a premium residential exterior cleaning company serving Dallas-Fort Worth’s top suburbs — Highland Park, Southlake, Colleyville, Preston Hollow, Frisco, McKinney, and surrounding areas. We use a professional water-fed pole system and are expanding into soft wash, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven sales rep to canvass neighborhoods and close deals face-to-face.
What You’ll Do
• Knock doors in assigned DFW neighborhoods (Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties)
• Pitch our window cleaning and exterior cleaning bundle directly to homeowners
• Close sales on the spot and schedule jobs
• Build rapport quickly and handle objections with a natural, conversational approach
What We’re Looking For
• Prior door-to-door, retail, or commission sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication skills and a confident, likable presence
• Self-motivated — you control your income based on effort
• Reliable transportation to travel between neighborhoods
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Compensation
• 25% commission on every closed deal, paid per job
• No cap on earnings — the more doors, the more you make
• Flexible schedule, choose your own hours
